08 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

10 - 1 small carrot, shaped into a small nose
11 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced (for scarf)
12 - 1 to 2 pretzel sticks (for arms)

# Method:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the mixture onto a large serving platter and form it into a melted snowman shape: an uneven large circle with a smaller mound as the head.
03 - Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smiling mouth. Insert the carrot nose at center of the face. Arrange olive slices or peppercorns down the body to represent buttons. Drape red bell pepper slices around the neck as a scarf. Insert pretzel sticks on each side for arms. Sprinkle chopped parsley or chives across the surface for added color if desired.
